Project Description:

Design and build prototypes as a proof-of-concept to demonstrate new stamping processes developed by the customer

Challenge:

The design required the creation of new tooling that would accurately duplicate the production principles envisioned by the customer and verify that the finished parts would meet specifications for quality, dimensional accuracy and aesthetics.

Results:

Our customer required a demonstration that would secure a new line of business to the prospective buyers of the finished product. The Armo prototype machine was successful in helping the customer establish the new business line, leading to the award of additional projects for Armo.
