Dies and fixtures for checking prototypes of stamped parts

Challenge:

For the customer to meet their own delivery date, Armo was required to produce the Renboard die, pierce punches & die sections and the check fixture within a 5-day turnaround. 

Results: 

By managing the workflow between departments and utilizing our knowledge of the customers’ needs and processes, Armo was able to complete the project without compromising other work in progress.
