Project Description:

Prototypes of stampings for an oil cooler assembly

Challenge:

The prototypes had to meet very exact tolerances to achieve optimum conditions for performing a braze test, and were also required within a very tight timeframe.

Results: 

The prototypes were delivered on time and served to identify the need for changes in the deisgn that were leading to failed parts.
