Project Description:

Automatic transfer machine able to end-form varied diameters and lengths of tubing

Challenge:

The end-forming required the correct installation of 7 different nuts on 4 different tube diameters while retaining efficient cycle times.

Results:

Our design, machine and build staff collaborated to create a successful nut insertion station that met customer expectation for an error-proof solution.
